Questions, something wrong, or an idea? Email hello@nextup.horse and we'll get back to you.
Where does the information come from?
Shows, classes and starting lists come from the riding orders SA Showjumping publishes. During a show, our team marks each rider in as they enter the arena. Next Up is independent and not run by SA Showjumping.
How accurate are the times?
They're estimates. Next Up works them out from how long recent rounds have taken in that arena, so they get better as a class goes on. Times appear once the arena's first class is under way. Breaks, course changes and jump-offs can move them, so leave some room.
A show or class I'm looking for isn't there
A show appears once SA Showjumping publishes its riding order, usually a few days before. Changes such as scratchings and late entries follow during the day.
A rider's or horse's details are wrong
Details come from SA Showjumping's riding orders. Let us know and we'll check. A rider, or a parent or guardian, can also ask us to stop the rider being followable in Next Up.
How do I follow a rider or horse?
Open a class, tap the rider, then tap Follow. They'll show on the home screen with their next ride.
